This notice explains what Fintech Leadgen does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we hold your message and the address it came from.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to a question, or arranging a call you asked for. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, in case you come back to us about the same conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people who handle your request and by the service providers that host this site and our correspondence, who process them on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track you from page to page, and we do not build a profile of your visit.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to jane.houston@fintechleadgen.co or use the contact form, and we will act on it promptly. If we ever write to you and you reply "stop", we stop.
